Our students at BCCA participated in a Counseling for Careers lesson focused on the importance of effective teamwork. Students explored the characteristics of a positive team member, the value of respecting and listening to others, and the importance of showing up, taking responsibility, and doing their part. Through a fun, hands-on activity, students experienced firsthand how cooperation, communication, and individual accountability contribute to a successful team. These are essential skills that will serve them well in the classroom, the workplace, and beyond!
