Another embryology cycle is in the books! Over the last 21 days, over 5,000 students from 7 different schools had the opportunity to learn about and observe the developmental stages of a chicken. From starting out as an embryo to hatching as a chick, this program allows youth to experience embryology firsthand, use math to track the 21-day countdown, and learn the importance of responsibility when they care for the chicks after they hatch 🐣🐥

We're excited to celebrate Tiana, Palm Beach County 4-H's representative on the 2026–2027 Florida 4-H Executive Board! 💚

Today, Tiana is heading to 4-H Camp Timpoochee to join fellow Executive Board members from across the state for a weekend filled with leadership, teamwork, and planning!

Executive Board members serve as the programming body of the Florida 4-H State Council, helping shape exciting opportunities for 4-H youth statewide.

We're so proud to have Tiana representing Palm Beach County 4-H and can't wait to hear all about her weekend!

Healthy choices. Strong voices. Health Rocks!

Palm Beach County 4-H partners with local after-school organizations to bring Health Rocks! to youth in our community and help them build confidence and healthy decision-making skills.

Using 4-H’s Positive Youth Development approach, Health Rocks! empowers young people to understand the risks of to***co, alcohol, vaping/e-cigarettes, and drug use while developing the skills to resist risky behaviors.

Through strong youth/adult partnerships, we’re helping young people grow into confident, healthy decision-makers!

🐣 4-H Brings Science to Life in Palm Beach County! 🐣

Through the 4-H Embryology Program, schools across Palm Beach County can sign up for scheduled dates to receive an incubator with fertile eggs for hands-on classroom learning.

Students follow the development of the embryo from its earliest stages through hatching, observing science in action. This experience encourages curiosity, observation, critical thinking, and an understanding of life science.

We are proud to support Palm Beach County educators and students through engaging, experiential learning opportunities with 4-H!

What better place to celebrate National 4-H Week than at National 4-H Headquarters?

Palm Beach County 4-H Agent Daniel Gonzalez just wrapped up two incredible days in Washington, D.C. with Palm Beach County 4-H member Musiq Williams, one of only four National 4-H Youth in Action Winners in the country!

During their visit, Musiq had the opportunity to experience National 4-H Week in our nation's capital, including tours of National 4-H Council Headquarters, meetings with national leadership, media and promotional filming, and attendance at a National 4-H Week reception. She even had the opportunity to tour the West Wing of the White House.

We're incredibly grateful to National 4-H Council for creating these opportunities and for recognizing Musiq's outstanding leadership and impact. Palm Beach County is proud to have Musiq representing our community and Florida on the national stage!
