We are so excited to welcome Nina Palzer to the team as our new Marketing & Engagement Coordinator! Nina is a Minnesota native, but she’s been lucky to call Iowa home for the past year and a half.

In her free time, she loves exploring state parks, visiting the zoo, and spending time with her husband and their two cats. In her role at The Alliance, Nina is most looking forward to bringing the stories of the people and businesses of DalCo to life. Welcome, Nina!

Behind every new business investment is a big decision. Our role is to help make that decision a little easier.

From navigating site selection and connecting businesses with the right community partners to helping companies understand available resources and incentives, the GDCDA team is here to be a trusted partner throughout the process.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support businesses like Offline Cocktails as they choose Dallas County for their next chapter. We can’t wait to welcome them to Adel in fall 2026 and watch their growth become part of our community’s story.

Thank you, Jodi & Matt Schweiger, for trusting our team to walk alongside you! 🍹✨
