Safely dispose of your unused/unwanted prescription medications TOMORROW 10/24, from 10am to 2pm at Westbrook Public Safety (570 Main Street). 💊

Drug Take Back Day is tomorrow, October 24th, from 10am to 2pm at the Westbrook Public Safety Building. Drop off your unused/unwanted prescription medication - at no cost and with no questions. Please - no liquids or needles.

Can't make it? No problem - we have a drug take back kiosk in our lobby that is available for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The City of Westbrook would like to notify residents and motorists that surface paving work on S**o Street is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

Motorists should expect possible traffic delays and temporary lane restrictions in the work area. Residents and travelers are encouraged to use caution, follow posted signage, and seek alternate routes when possible.

The City appreciates your patience and cooperation as we work to improve our roadway infrastructure.

We'd like to offer our sincere thanks to the Gorham Flag Center for their assistance in replacing our flagpole in Woodlawn Cemetery after it was damaged during a recent storm. Thanks to them, we were able to have the replacement installed in time for the funeral of a veteran. Once again, thank you Gorham Flag Center! 🇺🇸
