Here’s why... 🥺❤️

1. She needs your leadership. 👇

In times of uncertainty or challenge, she looks to you for guidance and direction.

Your leadership provides her with a sense of security and confidence, knowing that you are there to navigate through difficulties and inspire progress.

Your ability to lead with clarity, wisdom, and decisiveness empowers her to face obstacles with resilience and determination.

2. She needs your affection. 👇

Beyond words and actions, she craves your genuine affection and warmth.

Your expressions of love and tenderness reassure her of your emotional connection and deepen the bond you share.

Through small gestures of affection, whether it’s a loving touch, a kind word, or a thoughtful gesture, you demonstrate your care and appreciation for her, fostering a sense of intimacy and closeness.

3. She needs your loyalty. 👇

In a world where trust can be scarce, she seeks solace in your unwavering loyalty.

Your commitment to her, both in good times and bad, strengthens the foundation of your relationship and builds a sense of security.

Your loyalty means standing by her side, being her confidant, and prioritizing her well-being above all else, creating a sense of belonging and trust that forms the bedrock of your connection.

👉 Are you willing to step up and give your wife what she needs?

We’re here to support you every step of the way! ❤️

❤️ Are you keeping the peace… or just keeping quiet?

Have you ever caught yourself thinking:

💭 “I’m probably overreacting.”
💭 “It’s not that big of a deal.”
💭 “I shouldn’t be upset about this.”
💭 “It’s easier to just let it go.”

There’s actually a name for this pattern: self-gaslighting.

A recent TIME article explored how easily we can fall into the habit of dismissing our own feelings, experiences, and needs.

And here’s why that matters in marriage:

Keeping the peace isn’t the same as building a healthy relationship.

When we constantly convince ourselves that our feelings don’t matter, we miss opportunities for honest conversations, deeper understanding, and real connection.

Healthy marriages aren’t built on pretending everything is fine.

They’re built when BOTH people feel safe enough to be honest, humble enough to listen, and willing to work through the hard things together. ❤️

So here’s a little encouragement today:

You can acknowledge your feelings AND extend grace to your spouse.

You can speak up AND speak with kindness.

You can disagree AND still love each other well.

That’s what healthy communication looks like. And it’s one of the reasons we’re so passionate about equipping couples with tools to build stronger, healthier marriages!

💬 Let’s talk: Have you ever caught yourself dismissing your own feelings just to avoid conflict?

We find this to be true in our work as well. Church budgets rarely if ever have a line for marriage and relationship enrichment or support. And little or nothing for singles either. Young adults are LOOKING for places to grow and connect in a Christian environment but those places are hard to find. Our encouragement to them is to get involved anyway, find places to serve, invest in others. Be the one who organizes gatherings, small group studies and more!

Do you think churches should invest in marriages?

America's birthrate has dropped to just 1.57 births per woman, and a new nationwide church campaign is sounding the alarm on what its founder calls a 'major civilizational bottleneck.'

Communio founder J.P. De Gance says 85% of all churches spend nothing on marriage and relationship ministry, and 91% have nothing for singles — leaving young people without guidance on one of life's most consequential decisions.
