🏗️ Foundation to Finish Friday: From Insulation to Drywall! 🏡❤️

Another week of progress at The Home That LOVE Built! It’s exciting to see the building move from behind-the-scenes systems and insulation toward the next stage of interior finishes. Every step brings us closer to a welcoming home where our neighbors can find help, hope, and compassion.

Here’s what’s happening on the construction site:

🏠 Siding & Soffit Progress! Exterior siding and soffit work continues, bringing our new home closer to its finished look!

✅ Inspections Passed! Both interior and exterior wall insulation inspections have passed—a great milestone as we prepare for the next phases of construction.

🧱 Drywall Is Underway! Drywall hanging has officially begun! It’s exciting to see the interior spaces take shape as walls begin to define the rooms where services, programs, and ministry will happen.

💧 Sprinkler Piping Insulated! Insulation on the second-floor sprinkler piping is complete, another important step in getting the building’s systems ready.

🌬️ HVAC Work Continues! Flexible HVAC duct drops have been installed in the basement and on the first floor as the heating and cooling systems continue to come together.

It’s amazing how each phase builds on the work that came before it. What started with a vision and a foundation is becoming a real, tangible space—one that will offer comfort, dignity, practical assistance, and hope to thousands of our neighbors.

We are so grateful for the skilled crews, dedicated partners, generous donors, prayer warriors and faithful supporters who are helping bring The Home That LOVE Built to life. ❤️

Want to be part of a lasting legacy? We’re in the final push of our capital campaign. With less than $500k to go, any size donation will help us get there. We’d love to share how you can help us cross the finish line. Reach out to [email protected] to learn more!

Stay tuned for more progress as we continue building a home rooted in LOVE. 🏡❤️

Thankful Thursday 🎄🎁❤️
For over 15 years, without fail, Mr. Gaither has come to visit us with a truck full of Christmas treats prepared with love by his wife, Peggy. This year Peggy assembled gift bags for Seniors overflowing with the joy of the Season.
We can't thank Mr. and Mrs. Gaither enough for their kindness, generosity and continued support of The Shepherd's Staff and Carroll community.
