💧 NOW HIRING | WATER TREATMENT PLANT SUPERINTENDENT

Hendersonville Utility District is seeking an experienced water treatment professional to join our team as Water Treatment Plant Superintendent.

This leadership position provides technical oversight and direction for the operation and maintenance of the District’s membrane filtration water treatment plant, with responsibility for plant operations, water quality, regulatory compliance, maintenance, and WTP personnel.
💰 Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience�🏥 Employer-paid medical, dental & vision coverage�🏛️ Employer-funded TCRS retirement�📈 401(k) & 457(b) options�🏖️ Paid vacation, sick leave, personal days & holidays
Qualified candidates must hold a Grade IV Water Treatment Plant Operator License and have a minimum of five years of water treatment plant experience, along with supervisory experience.
