Weston Board of Police Commissioners – Citizen of the Year Award
The Weston Board of Police Commissioners is now accepting nominations for its annual Citizen of the Year award!
Each year, the Commission recognizes an outstanding resident who has made a meaningful contribution to our town. Past recipients have strengthened public safety, improved quality of life, or otherwise made a positive impact through programs, committees, and community organizations.
Commissioner Harry Spencer, chair of this year’s selection committee, describes the award as recognizing “character, integrity, and accomplishment.”
When nominating someone, please include:
A description of their noteworthy achievements or projects
How they have shown dedication, leadership, and selflessness
The tangible difference their contributions have made in residents’ lives
The Commission will review candidates, select a recipient in November, and present the award before the end of the year.
Deadline: Nominations must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2026.
Please send nominations by email to: [email protected]
Help us honor someone who embodies the spirit of community and civic responsibility in Weston!
