Kelsch Associates NJ Kelsch Associates, NJ provides residential and day programming services to adults with Developmental Disabilities. Kelsch Associates, Inc.

NJ was established by Jack Kelsch, along with family members, in 1980, as a private social service agency that focuses on providing excellent person-centered, life-skill services. From an early age, Jack had personal experiences with several relatives who had Developmental Disabilities and wanted to provide innovative care in a world that had previously been dominated by institutional care. He pioneered a family-like setting, where clients and staff interacted in a loving, kind manner; this model continues today. NJ follows the regulations set forth by NJ's Department of Human Services Office of Licensing to ensure the health and safety of all individuals.
