2026 Opioid Settlement Funding Opportunity

Horizon Public Health, in partnership with Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens, and Traverse counties, is now accepting applications for 2026 Opioid Settlement Funding.

This funding supports projects that address opioid use and substance-related harm through:
* Prevention
* Treatment
* Recovery
* Harm reduction

Eligible applicants include nonprofits, healthcare providers, schools, government entities, and community organizations serving residents in these counties.

Application deadline: June 15, 2026 at 4:30 PM

Traverse County is now accepting applications for the Statewide Affordable Housing Aid (SAHA) Basic Safety & Livability Repair Program.

Funding is available for important home repairs like:
• Roof repairs
• Furnace/heating fixes
• Plumbing & electrical issues
• Window replacement
• Accessibility improvements

Who qualifies?
• Must live in Traverse County
• Must own and live in your home
• Income guidelines apply
