TOMORROW!
We will be having our next Mobile Food Pantry on Wheeling Island from 10-11:30 (or while supplies last).
Distribution begins promptly at 10:00 AM and lasts until 11:30 AM (or while supplies last. We will keep this page updated during the event).
Frequently asked questions:
Where do I go?
The distribution is in Lot C of Wheeling Island Casino. Cars will line up in lanes as directed by volunteers. Walk ups are welcome, but only if you do not arrive in a vehicle. Anyone in a vehicle will be placed in the drive through line. Walk ups will wait in a grassy area, safely away from traffic until the distribution starts.
When can people begin lining up?
8:30 AM. Early arrivals create safety issues for staff & volunteers—vehicles arriving too early will be asked to move until lanes are set.
Do I have to live in Ohio County?
No, but you must be a WV resident and provide a WV address - no ID required
Can I pick up for more than just myself?
One box per vehicle. Two boxes only if there are two adults from different households. Vehicles with more than two households must drive through a second time, no exceptions.
Do I have to show a pay stub or income information? No income verification required.

Food box items include chicken, cereal, fresh potatoes, corn on the cob, milk, spaghetti and meat sauce, beef stew, dry beans, almonds, and bakery items

Wheeling Health Right will be on site providing flu shots!
