My name is Micca Henry, and I am the Healthy Teaching Kitchen(HTK) program coordinator for the White City VA SORCC. I would like to invite you to join our Healthy Teaching Kitchen (HTK) program here at the VA in White City. Our classes are beginner‑friendly, and focused on simple, healthy meals you can make at home.🥬

🍎Online Cooking Demonstrations of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert recipes. With a focus on low cost easy to prepare recipes.🍏

🍒This class is a 4-week series reoccurring twice per month for 60 minutes .
