We help find and prepare the next generation of United States Marines.

📍 Serving Recruiting Stations across: MI, OH, IN, NC, TN, KY, VA, and WV. First activated as the 4th Reserve District in Philadelphia in September of 1937, the District was re-designated as the 4th Marine Corps Reserve District. The District retained that title until January 1964 when it became the 4th Marine Corps Recruiting District. The District Headquarters moved to its present location in New Cumberland, PA in July of 1995. The District covers 10 states and Washington D.C., has 600 recruiters and is responsible for recruiting 6,000 new Marines each year. Conduct and Page Guidelines

The day the Modern U.S. Marine Corps was born!
On this day in 1798, President John Adams approved and signed the Act of Congress that officially reorganized and permanently established the United States Marine Corps.
While the Marines originally formed in 1775 at Tun Tavern, they were temporarily disbanded after the Revolutionary War. President Adams’ historic signing brought the Corps back to life as a permanent military branch, prepping them to defend the young nation at sea and on foreign shores.
