Today, Skenesborough Emergency Squad took delivery of our new ambulance!
This new unit will be replacing our oldest ambulance, which is 14 years old and has over 150,000 miles on it. The addition of this ambulance is a major investment in our squad and, most importantly, in the service we are able to provide to our community.
We would not have been able to make this purchase without the hard work and dedication of Zachary Rice , who put in countless hours alongside First Responder Grants, LLC, helping us secure the FEMA grant that made this ambulance possible.
We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to receive this funding and for everyone who played a part in making this happen. We look forward to getting this new ambulance equipped and placed into service over the next few weeks.
