A NEW CHAPTER. THE SAME COMMITMENT TO YOU.

At Stratos DPC, we believe exceptional medicine begins with something that should never be lost in healthcare: the relationship between a physician and their patient.

We are honored and excited to announce that Dr. Kent Russell will be continuing his care for patients and families through Stratos DPC, bringing with him a decade of experience serving the Wichita Falls community.

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Dr. Russell earned his medical degree from DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee, and completed his Family Medicine Residency at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. For the past 10 years, he has called Wichita Falls home, alongside his wife, Lauren, and their daughters, Olive and Othelia.

What makes this next chapter especially meaningful is Dr. Russell’s belief in the very foundation of Stratos DPC: taking the time to listen, building lasting relationships, and providing thoughtful, personalized care.

In his own words:

“Stratos DPC will provide me the opportunity to spend that time with my patients and practice medicine in a way that allows these relationships and conversations to develop to their fullest. I am incredibly grateful for the years I have spent caring for this community, and I am excited about what lies ahead. Most of all, I look forward to continuing to serve the people and families who have made Wichita Falls home for us.”

— Dr. Kent Russell

The future of medicine is personal.

At Stratos DPC, our commitment remains unchanged: physician-led care, meaningful relationships, and the time and attention every patient deserves.

We are excited for this next chapter and look forward to continuing to care for the families who make Wichita Falls such a special place to call home.

Welcome to Stratos DPC, Dr. Russell.

She enjoys partnering with patients and their families to promote long-term health and well-being. Through education and shared decision-making, Dr. Gabriel helps patients of all ages and backgrounds better understand their health and make informed choices about their care.

Dr. Gabriel is thankful to be a part of the Wichita Falls community. In her free time, she loves exploring the outdoors, traveling (especially to the beach), cooking, crocheting, reading, singing, and spending time with friends and family. As the middle of three children, she especially values the close-knit support and strong connections she shares with her immediate and extended family.
