The water main in Amp 2 (Rosewood/Bailey area) has ruptured again. The city is on site assessing the situation. The water will temporarily be shut off while repairs are being made. We will keep you updated as we learn more information.

If water tends to come in underneath your front door during heavy rain, please place a rolled-up towel along the bottom of the door to help prevent water from entering your apartment.

Please remember:
• Water entering underneath the front door during heavy rain does not constitute an emergency maintenance situation or “flooding in the apartment.”
• On-Call Maintenance should only be contacted for true maintenance emergencies.
• Residents may be charged for non-emergency or unnecessary work orders that result in an after-hours maintenance response.

Your cooperation helps ensure that our On-Call Maintenance Team remains available for residents experiencing true emergencies.
