Congratulations!

Congratulations to City View Percussion! They competed at the Lake Country Thunder percussion competition today, and they received a caption award for Outstanding Tenor, a caption award for Outstanding Bass, and took first place in the 3A division. I didn’t take the best picture. I’m sure Ms. Amanda will post better pictures.

I want to congratulate Officer Larry Robinett and Officer Ken Coughlin for graduating from the Texas School Safety Center (TxSSC) Master school based law enforcement class. This is a series of trainings which begins with the Introductory, Intermediate, Advanced, and finally the Master’s class. Their journey began last summer, and they were intent on finishing the training this summer. They are now Texas certified school based law enforcement officers with TCOLE. Both of them are an asset to City View ISD, and it’s an honor to work with them. Congratulations!
