NAMI Wichita is inviting teens to explore those questions through our 2026 Teen Art & Creative Writing Contest: Inside / Outside — Exploring Mental Health Through What We Feel and What We Show.
Participants can express themselves through art, creative writing, or both. Entries can be personal, symbolic, fictional, or imagined. You don't have to share your own mental health experiences for your voice or creativity to matter.
