Alongside Chief Justice Duong, the Judicial Branch meets on a case-by-case basis to hear cases submitted by students and to ensure compliance with the Constitution, Bylaws, and Statutes.

By promoting fairness and accountability, the Court plays an important role in ensuring every studentโ€™s voice is heard and respected. The Court hears appeals to Parking and Traffic tickets as well as hears cases regarding Student Organizations.
