Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys fundraising, building relationships with donors, researching grant opportunities, and finding creative ways to secure financial support for our mission.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is passionate about community outreach, building relationships with recovery organizations, identifying community needs, and helping connect individuals with available resources.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is detail-oriented, financially responsible, and interested in nonprofit accountability, transparency, organizational policies, and responsible stewardship of funds.

📝 Secretary — Keep meeting minutes, maintain board records, and help keep our organization hub organized and accountable.

🤝 Director at Large — Funding & Development
Help identify grants, connect with donors, and support fundraising.

🏘️ Director at Large — Community Partnerships & Programs
Build relationships with recovery housing, treatment providers, and community partners to strengthen the support we provide.

📊 Director at Large — Finance & Governance
Support independent financial review, budgeting, financial controls, and board policies.

We welcome people with lived recovery experience and community members who believe in our mission of reducing barriers to treatment, recovery, and stable recovery housing.

These are working board positions that require participation, follow-through, confidentiality, and a commitment to serving others.

Right now, ICT Waymakers has 4 pending applications from individuals seeking assistance with move-in fees for sober living.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we currently have enough funding to fully cover 2 of those move-in fees! 🙌

But that leaves 2 more individuals still waiting for the same opportunity.

❤️ We are trying to raise just $200 to help cover the remaining move-in fees!

For someone working to rebuild their life in recovery, having a safe, stable, and sober place to call home can make all the difference.

We know times are tough, and we know not everyone is in a position to give. But whether it’s $5, $10, $20, or simply sharing this post, every little bit brings us closer to helping someone take that next step.

Friday Fright Night 2 is coming up October 30th, and all proceeds are being donated to ICT Waymakers! Come hang out, bring the family, and enjoy costume contests, face painting, games, dancing, food, and raffles while supporting our recovery community.

We’ve also launched our Sponsor a Fresh Start donation campaign! A $150 donation can cover a sober living move-in fee, but you don’t have to give $150 to make a difference. Give $25, $75, $300, or ANY amount that works for you. Every bit helps! 💙

You can choose Housing Assistance or General Support, which helps us meet other practical recovery needs like transportation, identification, and insurance premiums to access treatment.

💚 A Quick Update from ICT Waymakers! 💚

We wanted to take a moment to share an important update regarding donations to ICT Waymakers.

As we continue working to strengthen our organization and ensure that donations are properly received, documented, and directed toward helping those in recovery, we are making a few updates to our donation process.

Effective immediately, we are asking that all monetary donations be made directly through our official website at www.ictwaymakers.org using the “Donate Now” page.

Our website offers a secure donation option through Zeffy, provides donation receipts, and allows donors to choose whether they would like their contribution to support general assistance or housing assistance.

We are currently working on updating our Cash App donation options. Until that process is complete, we kindly ask that donations be made through the website.

Our mission remains the same: helping individuals in recovery overcome financial barriers to housing, treatment, and other essential resources.

We are incredibly grateful for the continued love, encouragement, and support from our recovery community. Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps us continue making a difference. 💚
