Thank you to everyone who joined ICTNext at Watermark Books & Cafe last night for our Career Nightmares & Resiliency Panel!

A huge shoutout to our panelists, Lindsay Poe Rousseau with Sedgwick County Government, Tanya Bulluck with Child Start, and Tim Johnson with the City of Augusta, Kansas, for being willing to share the unexpected twists, challenges, and lessons that have shaped their careers in public service. Your honesty and insights were a great reminder that we can learn just as much from the messy moments as we can from the wins.

And thank you to everyone who came with questions, shared in the conversation, and connected with others across our different areas of public service! We're grateful for the opportunity to bring our community together, learn from one another, and build connections along the way.

Here's to embracing the plot twists and growing through them together!

Keep an eye out for our next event on December 9th! (more information to come)

We’re proud to serve our community alongside the United Way of the Plains’ Serve United and Simply Hygiene!

ICTNext members came together yesterday for a hands-on service activity, helping package 450 bundles of diapers, with 25 diapers in each package — that’s 11,250 diapers that will be distributed in our community!

We’re grateful to Simply Hygiene for the opportunity to serve and to everyone who volunteered their time to help make an impact.

Mark your calendars for our next ICTNext event on October 14. More details coming soon!
