Better With Bacon Real estate with heart, hustle & creativity! I’m also a proud mom of three amazing kids who keep life busy and fun.

Hi I’m Sarha Gephart! 🏡❤️I’m a local Willamina, Oregon Realtor with eXp Realty, helping buyers, sellers & investors throughout the Willamette Valley and Oregon Coast. Hi, I’m Sarha Gephart — your small-town Oregon Realtor and “home girl” here to help you navigate buying, selling, or investing in real estate with confidence. My family and I live on a small farm in Willamina, Oregon, where life is full of fresh air, a big garden, and a whole lot of animals — including around 60 chickens, 3 golden retrievers, and a couple of farm cats. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me cooking (I can make a mean meal!), crafting, sewing, or doing art projects with my family. I believe in hard work, honesty, and showing up for people in a real and genuine way. Real estate isn’t just my job — it’s how I serve my community. I’m passionate about helping families find the right home, explore financing options like FHA, USDA, and down payment assistance, and make smart, confident decisions every step of the way. Whether you're a first-time home buyer, looking to sell, or ready to invest, I’m here to guide you with integrity, commitment, and a down-to-earth approach. Home is where your story begins — and I’d love to help you get there.

Happy Thursday, everyone! ❤️

Don't forget to do something for yourself AND spread a little kindness along the way!

One of my favorite things is getting my kiddos involved in giving back to our community. 🥰

This morning, my littlest helper joined me for a little community volunteering on our way to daycare! ❤️

Little hands can make a big difference! 🫶🏼
