🤩 We are so proud and excited to share that Treasurer/Recorder Patti Ogurchak was honored with an Excellence in County Government (EICG) award at the North Dakota Association of Counties annual conference this week! 🌟

Patti Ogurchak has spent nearly 35 years with Williams County, having served as the elected Treasurer/Recorder since 2018. Patti's strong work ethic, inherent ability to lead with a smile, and focus on efficient operations have contributed to the professionalism of the office.

Patti exemplifies excellence in county government through her vibrant presence each day, strong leadership, and extensive knowledge base. Patti lead the way for the County's substantial back-indexing project. Through this project, county records have been digitized, indexed, and made searchable back to
patent—placing Williams County among a small number of counties nationwide to offer this level of historical document access.

Patti has been an incredible part of Williams County and the EICG - County Official award is well deserved!

🎖️We'd also like to congratulate all of the other EICG winners - county government across the state has strong leaders and partners!
