A Masterpiece in Every Season. An Experience Unlike Any Other.

There's something magical about autumn at RiverRock.

The brilliant colors. The peaceful woods. The soaring roofline of a home that began as a vision in the mind of Frank Lloyd Wright.

RiverRock is more than a place to stay. It's a chance to experience architectural history.

As Frank Lloyd Wright's final residential design, RiverRock offers something truly extraordinary — the opportunity to spend the night inside a vision decades in the making.

Following the incredible interest in RiverRock and The Last Wright, we're looking ahead to another year of welcoming guests from across the country.

Our 2027 calendar is OPEN!

Whether you've dreamed of staying in a Frank Lloyd Wright home, are planning a special anniversary, or simply want an unforgettable getaway, now is the perfect time to choose your dates.

Fall weekends. Cozy winter escapes. Spring in the woods. Summer adventures.

Four seasons. One extraordinary destination.

Plan your 2027 stay at RiverRock.

Our trees are about to put on a show. 🍁

The photo on the left is now.
The photo on the right is what’s coming!!

And somehow, we still have ONE rare fall opening at RiverRock House.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience Frank Lloyd Wright’s final residential design surrounded by Northeast Ohio’s spectacular fall color, these are the days to do it: October 20 & 21st.

Wake up along the Chagrin River. Watch the leaves change outside the windows. Spend a couple of fall nights living in a Wright design rather than simply touring one.

Our 2026 calendar has been incredibly full, and we don’t expect another prime fall opening.
🍂 Come see RiverRock in red.

BIG NEWS. 🎬✨

THE LAST WRIGHT IS BACK.

Leading up to the Emmys, Magnolia is relaunching our series — one episode a week for eight weeks on YouTube TV!

To see this story getting another run right now, as we head toward the Emmys, is pretty surreal.

Eight episodes. Eight weeks. Another chance to follow the journey of bringing Frank Lloyd Wright’s final residential design to life — and the story behind RiverRock and Penfield.

If you missed it the first time, now’s your chance to watch from the beginning.

And if you already watched? Well… we won’t complain if you watch again. 😉

Here we go again. ❤️

The plan was just to build the house — take a 1959 Frank Lloyd Wright design that never got made and finally give it a foundation, walls, a roof. I didn't know the first thing about being a general contractor. Mom and I didn't know we'd end up telling that story on film. Definitely thought we would be fired after first shooting day!
But somewhere in the middle of all those decisions and setbacks and my mom's hands laying stone the way her dad and grandpa always had, a documentary crew was there catching it. And now The Last Wright has a Daytime EMMY nomination (HOLY COW) for Outstanding Instructional/How-To Program.
I am so fortunate to have been the daughter, with a mother, who built a house that was supposed to exist a long time ago, and got lucky enough to have people care about watching it happen.

Last Wright fans have been asking, what happened to mom??? She fractured her tibia plateau and dislocated the knee. We have THREE months of no weight bearing on this leg ahead of us. It’s been a very hard couple of weeks but two surgeries later it is time to heal and recover! As you know the Mother is ULTRA competitive. She had her surgery 30 days after Hopefully they can keep each other motivated. I'm pretty sure my mom will let Lindsey know if she sees her slacking. Feel free to drop .dykstra.14 some words of encouragement!!

When your human gets injured the focus is on the human. However, the four-legged family members also need TLC for the uprooting of their lives. Our Finn has been working hard, for his mom, to be the best boy he can be! He has even learned a few new tricks because he had to "step up".dykstra.14
