UPDATE: RAW WATER MAIN BREAK

The City of Wills Point would like to thank our residents for your patience and understanding as our crews worked to repair a main break on the raw waterline that carries water from the lake to our water treatment plant.

Our crews worked extremely hard to get the issue repaired and everything back up and running as quickly and safely as possible. Their dedication, long hours, and hard work do not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for the team that stepped up and got the job done.

We are happy to report that the system is back up and running at 100%!

Thank you again to our residents for your patience and to our hardworking City crews for their outstanding efforts!

We would like to welcome Marharyta to Wills Point and thank her for stopping by City Hall and our Police Department to check in and ask about the city’s soliciting requirements.

Marharyta is selling educational study guides and has obtained a City of Wills Point Solicitor’s Permit, which allows her to legally go door-to-door within our city. So, residents can expect to see her around town.

She represents Southwestern Advantage, a company based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

We appreciate her taking the time to make sure she was properly permitted and following our city’s requirements. Welcome to Wills Point, Marharyta. We wish you the best of luck! 💙
