Wilmington, Delaware - Air Force Recruiting Office

Four years—that’s how long I’ve been here in Delaware. It’s the longest I’ve stayed in one place, and without a doubt, these have been the most fulfilling years of my military career so far. I’ve had the privilege to change lives and make an impact in this amazing community, helping people achieve their dreams and motivating them to reach their full potential.

I want to take a moment to thank all the incredible influencers in the community who have supported me throughout this recruiting journey. To every applicant I’ve worked with and every recruit I’ve had the honor of putting into the Air Force—thank you for trusting me.🫶🏼

This isn’t goodbye; it’s a “see you later.” 👋🏽 I’m currently in the process of moving on to my next recruiting adventure, so I’m no longer taking new applicants. 🌟 Mary Anne Dizon: My very first virtual applicant from California! Mary reached out to me via social media, eager to join the Air Force. She’s been incredibly patient as I navigated virtual processing for the first time. Now, she’s finally off to Basic Training to begin her adventure—so proud of you, Mary!

🌟 Myron: A William Penn HS graduate with JROTC experience! Myron is joining the Air Force as an E3 and securing an initial enlistment bonus on top of it. Hard work pays off, and he’s proof of that!

Congratulations to you both! The Air Force is lucky to have you. 🎉✈️
