CARE is a California state funded program designed to recruit and assist single parent recipients of CalWORKs (formerly AFDC).
We are the branch administered at Los Angeles Harbor College. The CARE program is a state funded program for single parents attending Los Angeles Harbor College. The CARE program works in conjunction with EOPS to Provide support to students who receive CalWORKS (state cash aid) benefits in the household.
