Fall Athletics are back, Cougars! 🐾 If you're planning to try out, now's the time to get ready – and make sure your paperwork is in!

📌 All student-athletes must submit their 2025–2026 DIAA Sports Physical to the High School Office this week to participate in tryouts. No exceptions.

• 12th & 11th Grade: 9:00 – 11:00 AM
• 10th Grade: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Members of our varsity boys' soccer program shared their appreciation for their teachers in a pre-match celebration before hosting the Middletown Cavaliers on October 15th. Their teachers were rewarded with a strong 5-0 win over the conference rivals. Thank you, teachers!
