Sometimes you have to look back to understand just how far you’ve come.

For 80 years, Kingswood has stood in this community through generations of change. Children who once walked through its doors grew into parents, grandparents, leaders and neighbors who helped shape the very community we serve today.

Now, we’re standing at the edge of another defining moment.
The new Kingswood Community Center isn’t simply a new building. It’s 80 years of legacy making room for the next generation. New doors. New possibilities. The same commitment to community.

On November 6 and 7, we celebrate where we’ve been and step together into what’s next.

Come witness the next chapter of Kingswood.

23 days. 80 years in the making.

The countdown is getting shorter, but the story behind this moment spans generations. For 80 years, Kingswood Community Center has been a place where families have gathered, children have grown, seniors have connected and community has been built.

Now, we’re getting ready to open the doors to the next chapter.
November 6 and 7, we honor the legacy and celebrate what’s next. The countdown is ON. Will we see you there?

We believe in giving people their flowers while they can still smell them.

That is exactly what we had the honor of doing with Mrs. Tessie and her family.
During a private ceremony, we celebrated the unveiling of the Ernest L. Webster Montessori Academy name and honored the lasting contributions of her father, Ernest L. Webster, affectionately known as “Mr. Kingswood.”

Thank you, Miss Tessie, for sharing your wealth of knowledge, preserving your father’s legacy, and being part of this new beginning. His impact lives on in the community he helped shape and the generations who will learn and grow here.
