In loving memory of Shawn Conner.

Some people leave a mark on your organization that time can never erase. Shawn Conner was one of those people. Our newest ESDA vehicle is dedicated to Shawn. We want to honor the impact and generosity that he has shown, not only to our Agency but to our to our community. Shawn was more than a member of Wilmington ESDA, he was a part of our family and is truly missed. As this vehicle serves our community, Shawn will be with us every mile of the way. We are honored to carry his memory forward and forever grateful for the gift he has left behind.

Shawn, thank you for being a part of our family. Your legacy lives on, and you will never be forgotten.

We will never forget

We Will Never Forget.

On September 11, we pause to remember the lives lost, honor the courage of the first responders who answered the call without hesitation, and recognize the resilience of a nation forever changed.

Their sacrifice and service continue to remind us of the strength found in unity, compassion, and duty.

Today, we remember the victims, their families, the survivors, and all those who served in the aftermath.

We will never forget.
