💃🎶 Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month at the SRC! 🎶

We had a fantastic time at today’s special Intro to Latin Dance class and a special thank you to our amazing instructor, Summer McPherson!❤️

Participants got moving and grooving while exploring three exciting dance styles: Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata! 🇵🇷🇩🇴

From learning new steps to sharing plenty of smiles and laughter, it was a wonderful way to celebrate the rich culture, music, and traditions of Hispanic Heritage Month! 🎉

Our popular Singing Bowl Sound Bath continues to offer participants a peaceful opportunity to relax, recharge, and focus on mind-body wellness! 💙

Led by Kellen Smith, Registered Nurse and Nervous System Reset Facilitator, this calming experience uses the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and gentle breathwork to help quiet the mind, ease tension, and promote relaxation. 🔔
