🙋‍♀️Good afternoon to everyone!
Great Updated info for individuals
who only have a Mexican Matrícula Consular as identification.
The new matrículas that are now being issued are now accepted as proper identification from the California Secretary of State when you need to Notarize a document!
So, if you bring in the "NEW" matrícula to Notarize a document you will "No"
longer need a credible witness!!! 🎉🎉

Recommendation :
Call the Mexican Consulate, set up your appointment to obtain the new Matricula Consular one in case you ever need anything notarized and have your old Mexican Matrícula Consular. This way you won't have to look for someone to bring in as a credible witness with accepted identification.
