Some principals lead a school, but others leave a LEGACY!

October is National Principals Month. We couldn't let it pass without celebrating our very own, one-of-a-kind Mrs. Corrigan!

There are school leaders, and then there are leaders who make a school feel like a family. Mrs. Corrigan has a special way of making every student feel seen, every staff member feel valued, and everyone who walks through Talley's doors feel like they belong.

Whether she's sharing a laugh with students, offering encouragement to staff, celebrating the little victories, or navigating the million things that come with running a middle school (usually in fabulous heels and with a Dunkin' iced tea nearby), she leads with heart, humor, and a whole lot of personality!

What makes Mrs. Corrigan truly special isn't just what she does for Talley, but how she makes people feel while doing it. She understands that the heart of a school isn't found in its hallways or classrooms, but in the relationships built within them.

While we may be a little biased, we're pretty sure there's nobody quite like her. She's equal parts compassion, determination, laughter, and just the right amount of sass!

A principal by title. A leader by example. A LEGEND by nature.

Happy National Principals Month, Mrs. Corrigan! Thank you for making Talley a place where students and staff alike feel welcomed, supported, and proud to be Tigers.

Talley Tigers, it’s time to clean out those closets and help families in need! Just a friendly reminder that we are collecting gently used shoes for our Shoe Drive, and every pair donated can make a difference for someone in our community.

Make sure your name is included with your donation so we know who gets credit!

Grab those sneakers, boots, sandals, and other gently used shoes you’ve outgrown or no longer wear and bring them in.

Wrapped Wishes is Here!

Talley is proud to support the Brandywine School District’s Wrapped Wishes program! This year, Talley’s donation item is TOILET PAPER!

And we’re making it a little more fun… the student who donates the most toilet paper will win a $25 GIFT CARD!

IMPORTANT: Students, please make sure your NAME is included somewhere on your donation so we can keep track of your contributions for the contest!

Every donation helps support families in our community this holiday season. Let’s show everyone what our Legendary Tigers can do!

UPDATE: Today's field hockey and soccer games are postponed. The soccer field is in better condition so they will practice today. The field hockey field is holding water, field hockey will practice in the back gym and on the track.
