Enjoy a night out while your kids have a blast! Join us for Parents Night Out at American Karate Studio on Friday, January 16th from 6:00–8:30 PM.

Mount Pleasant Elementary School Nurse Denise Buffin recently spoke on a national panel in Washington, D.C., highlighting the vital role vaccines play in youth health. In addition to her dedication to BSD students, Denise also serves as President of the Delaware School Nurse Association.

To wrap up Teacher Appreciation Week, we hosted Woodside Farm Creamery on site for teachers and district staff.

For the 4th day of Teacher Appreciation Week we hosted a lunch for all MPE teachers and staff.

We are thankful to Honest Eats catering and Mazella’s for generously donating toward the meal and to our parent donors and volunteers for supplies and time!

As a mid-week pickup to continue our Teacher Appreciation Week celebration, the PTA set up a hydration station with a specially curated flavored water menu to close out the school day.
