Eastern Diocese Youth Conference Reunion

The Eastern Diocese Youth Conference was started in 1968 by the visionary Dr. Samuel L. Kendrick from First Church of Christ (Holiness) Washington, D.C.

The Youth Conference was created because during that time there was little to no involvement with youth in church ministry. Dr. Kendrick’s vision was to have a conference to give the youth an opportunity to be involved and play major roles in church programs while preparing them to be future church leaders.
