Meet Kendra Yonkers, Global Benefits Manager at our Wilmington headquarters!

Kendra’s nCino journey started back in 2017, when she was drawn to our culture, our people and the chance to join a fast-growing software company by the beach. She began on our Talent Acquisition team, where she spent seven years growing alongside the company before moving into Global Benefits.

“I went from bringing people to nCino to taking care of them once they get here, and I couldn’t be more grateful for both chapters.”

Since moving into benefits, Kendra has found a real passion for wellness. She and her team are focused on taking our global wellness efforts to the next level and making it easier for employees to find the benefits information they need. That focus on well-being carries over outside of work, where she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and pets!

Game on for a great cause! 🎮 nCino’s 10th Annual Extra Life Charity Game Day at HQ raised $5,000+ for Maynard Children’s Hospital in Greenville, NC.

Between games, prize raffles and Extra Life swag, our team came together to help kids get the healthcare they need, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the hospital. Thank you to everyone who joined in! ✨

Meet Brian Lee, Master Customer Success Manager at our Wilmington HQ!

Brian's path to nCino started in an unexpected place: quoting a cleaning job for what would become nCino's new headquarters. While walking through the building, he learned about the company's mission and decided to join, starting out in project management. He hasn't stopped growing since, and this year he was one of our Alligator Award winners 👏🐊

As a Customer Success Manager, Brian finds fulfillment in fixing things, advocating for his customers, and pushing leaders to step outside their comfort zone. He loves the unique challenges of working with enterprise institutions and enjoys spending time with his team.

Outside of work, Brian's passions include spending time with his family traveling, playing "pretend farmer" with his honeybees, chickens and flowers, and finding every opportunity to play his banjo.

This summer, nCino teamed up with Spark NC to launch our first nSpire Summer Teamship, giving local students from New Hanover County the chance to work on real business challenges alongside our employees.
