May is , and this week, our Programming Team collaborated with community partners and stakeholders to honor families during the 2026 Foster Parent Conference in Dover, DE. Here, foster parents were recognized for their years of dedicated service to children, with some having served for 5 years and others for over 50 years. Attendees also participated in 5 hours of in-service training on topics including Internet Safety, Family Time, and the critical importance of securely storing and handling THC products. Thank you to all who choose to foster children and support families - you are helping children thrive.

Last evening our Director of Advancement & Communications, Dan Sanchez joined our partner sorority Kappa Delta at Delaware for a special check presentation from their Shamrock Event fundraiser. Ladies of KΔ - University of Delaware, because of you, thousands more children and families in Delaware will be better prepared to stop abuse before it ever happens — 🙏🏽👏🏽💙

Happy to all the Moms, Grandmothers, Aunts, Step Moms, Foster Moms, and all who fill the role of Mother in children's lives.
