A new milestone for Wilsonville's Public Art Program!

Have you visited the new sculpture by artist Pete Beeman at Boones Ferry Park?

The installation of this new public art realizes a vision the City Council adopted in 2020 when it approved an Arts, Culture, and Heritage Strategy, informed by fieldwork research, interviews, a task force, community surveys, and meetings.

πŸŽ₯ Watch the video to hear Pete Beeman share the story behind the sculpture and its connection to Wilsonville.

Also! Join us in celebrating the new sculpture at a free public reception on Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Boones Ferry Park. Light refreshments will be served. β˜•πŸŽ‰
