If you’re involved with your local fire department — or thinking about stepping up and serving your town — this is your first step into EMS.

Becker Training Associates is offering an EMT course in Wi******er, NH, ideal for those new to EMS—no prior medical experience required.

📅 August 19 – December 23, 2026
💻 Blended online + hands-on training

This course prepares students to provide prehospital assessment and care for patients of all ages across a wide range of medical and trauma emergencies.

What to Expect:
✔ Instructor-led + online learning
✔ Simulated emergencies and lab exercises
✔ Case studies and class discussions
✔ Skills exams, written tests, and assignments

You’ll Learn To:
• Explain EMS roles and responsibilities
• Apply anatomy, physiology, and communication in patient care
• Perform lifesaving airway, breathing, and circulation interventions
• Assess and manage medical and trauma patients of all ages
• Operate within safety, ethical, and legal guidelines
• Respond to transport, mass casualty, and hazardous incidents

🚑 Wi******er Ambulance – EMT Opportunity 🚑

The Town of Wi******er is sponsoring an EMT class for town residents interested in serving their community.

This program will follow a blended format, combining in-person training and online learning to provide flexibility while building the skills needed to make a real difference.

For eligible residents, the class may be offered at no cost or a very minimal fee.

Requirements:
✔ Background check
✔ Drug test
✔ Fitness for duty evaluation

We’re looking for individuals who are truly committed to helping others and becoming part of a strong, dedicated team. This is an investment by the Town, and we ask that those who reach out are prepared to fully commit to the class and to supporting Wi******er Ambulance.
