As the Cheers to Charity Board, we have struggled to find the right words to honor Kim Rhodes, one of our founding board members and someone who meant so much to all of us.

The truth is, we canโ€™t. Kimโ€™s legacy isnโ€™t measured in words, but in the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the goodness she left behind.

Please join Creekside Gifts on October 23 for the 4th Annual Blood Drive in Kimโ€™s memory. What better way to honor someone who gave so much than by giving to others?

Thank you to the Community Foundation of the Northern Shenandoah Valley for granting Wheels for Wellness a grant through the Paul and Martha Reese Fund. We appreciate the continued supoort of the foundation and the community!

Yesterday was the most wonderful day of the year for CFNSVN for many nonprofits in our region. We awarded 61 grants totaling more than $200,000. A big thank you to Clemโ€™s Kitchen at the Wayside Inn in Middletown for hosting our annual Philanthropy Day Luncheon. Such a magical place to thank the donors who support our mission and celebrate local nonprofits doing exceptional work in the NSV.

This one means a lot to us.

We are incredibly honored that Concern Hotline has been chosen as the beneficiary of the Kiwanis Club of Wi******erโ€™s Fall Community Pancake Day.

For us, this is about so much more than pancakes. Every bit of support helps us continue being there when someone in our community needs a person on the other end of the phone, a safe place to walk into, or simply someone who will listen.

Knowing that organizations like Kiwanis believe in what we do, and that our community continues to show up for us, means everything to us.

Tickets are available now at the Concern Hotline office! Stop by and pick yours up your advanced ticket for $7 and come spend part of your Saturday with us. (children 3 and under are free, ages 4-6 $3)

Saturday, October 24
8 AMโ€“4 PM
Jim Barnett Park โ€“ War Memorial Building

Come eat some pancakes, support a great cause, and most importantly, help us continue reminding people in our community that they matter and they never have to face a difficult moment alone.

We hope to see you there!

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿฆ’ WE NEED YOU! ๐Ÿฆ’๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Our favorite Georgie Giraffe has an important message: **Wheels for Wellness needs volunteer drivers!**

Just a few hours of your time can make a world of difference to a neighbor in our community. Volunteer drivers help local residents get to medical appointments, dialysis treatments, chemotherapy, radiation, and other critical healthcare services.

๐Ÿš— You choose when you drive.
๐Ÿ“… Volunteer on your schedule.
โค๏ธ Help neighbors receive the care they need.

Whether you can drive once a month or several times a week, every mile matters and every ride changes a life.

Join our team of caring volunteers and help ensure that no one misses important medical care because they lack transportation.
