Despite the HVAC project at LP Wilson, the Senior Center has worked hard to keep our core programs in tact. Meditation & Mindful Movement is such an important offering to our patrons. Currently it’s held offsite at the Mt. Zion rectory building. Thank you Michael for your commitment to our folks. Looks like today’s class is off to a strong start.

What a day! Two coach bus trips, a Fall-Prevention workshop with Angel Love Homecare, a session with our friend Jan Jeremias on Immune Support and Staying Healthy as we get into cold-season, plus all the regularly scheduled programming- Meditation and Mindful Movements, pickleball, coffee, lunch, Co****le, and Wii Bowling.

The Windsor Senior Center is going places!!
☺️🍂🍁❤️ Today, we send off two bus trips.. one to beautiful Niagara Falls - need I say more?? - and the other to Lake Winnipesaukee, NH Scenic Railroad Turkey Train where folks will enjoy a day trip full of beautiful foliage, a famous Hart’s Turkey Farm luncheon, and shopping in picturesque Meredith, NH. Have fun folks!! See you when you get back!!
