Introducing our next Kid Librarian, Aria Nilles! Aria selected some awesome books and movies for her display that will be up at the library until September 22. Be sure to stop by and "check out" Aria's selections! Great job Aria!

Do you have a child that would enjoy being a "Kid Librarian" and setting up a display of favorite books that will be on display for 2 weeks at the Winnebago Public Library? If so, bring your young librarian to the library to fill our a Kid Librarian Application. Grades 2-7 are encouraged, all reading levels welcome! Applications are selected every 2 weeks in the order submitted.

JUST POSTED! Join Betsy DeGunther, artist & author, to learn watercolor techniques. See more complete details on the poster below! $10 includes 4 sessions and a set of artist brushes. Class meets on Wednesdays, Sept 2 thru Sept 23 from 2:00 - 4:00. You are welcome to call the library at (815) 335-7050 to hold your spot however the $10 registration must be paid in CASH, in person, at the Winnebago Public Library by August 26. GOT SEEDS???? Calling all Gardeners! It's harvest time for the Winnebago Public Library Seed Library. Blank seed packets are available at the library to package your seeds. Please do your research to learn how to harvest seeds from your plants. Just ask Google! ALL SEEDS MUST BE COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE PACKAGING. Have fun and share your harvest!
