It was a close one! The people have spoken! With 63 votes, the winner of the Humboldt County Library Trunk or Treat Fan Favorite Vehicle vote is....Division of Child and Family Services with the Monster/Pumpkin vehicle! Congratulations! They earned a "Facebook Takeover" and get to promote their organization on the Library's page. Keep an eye out for that post!

We have to give a shout out to our honorable mention: the Humboldt County Public Works Department, with the backhoe grave digger! With 58 votes, they had the 2nd most votes from the event!

Thank you to everyone for showing up and showing out! We had some amazing vehicles! We can't wait to see what you have planned for next year! 🎃💀

Don't miss out on our first Adulting 101 Program today in the Teen Space starting at 3pm!
We will have fun physical courses to work through while challenging our memory without our phones.
Our fun challenge is to memorize our general information for emergencies and future "adulting" situations.

This craft is frankly adorable! We hope you can make it to Baby Bounce either Wednesday or Thursday at 10 am. This program is recommended for ages 0-3. We offer 20 minutes of floor time reading, singing, counting, and more. Afterward we do a craft, sensory play, or fine motor skill activity. Due to high attendance, we ask that you only attend one Baby Bounce class per week. Thank you!

Attention all witches and wizards grades 3rd-6th and 7th-12th!!! Your magical presence is requested for this Magical Party!!

Fly, floo powder, or apparate yourself over to the Library to be sorted into your house, make your very own wand, attend magic classes, play games, and trivia. We will have two classes. The teens will be meeting Wednesday, November 4th from 1:30-3:00 pm in the Meeting Room. The Pr***en class will follow from 3:30-5:00 pm.

We have limited spaces available, to ensure your child's spot please send an owl, message us on Facebook, or give us a call at 775-623-6388. We highly recommend those attending have read the books and/or watched the movies to fully enjoy the program.
