We're Hiring! Join the Winston-Salem Rescue Mission Team!

Are you a relationship-builder who loves connecting people with a mission that makes a difference? Do you have a heart for serving others and a talent for writing, fundraising, and bringing people together?

Winston-Salem Rescue Mission is looking for a Stewardship & Grants Coordinator to join our Development team!

In this role, you'll help strengthen relationships with our donors, research and develop grant funding opportunities, and support partnerships with businesses and community organizations that make our work possible.

You'll be part of a team helping men overcome addiction, rebuild their lives, and discover hope through our Christ-centered recovery program, while also supporting the Mission's outreach to neighbors in need.
We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is a strong writer, stays organized, and is excited about helping grow the support that makes our mission possible.

📍 Winston-Salem, NC
⏰ Full-time | 40 hours per week
