Madison County Employment & Training Department The Madison County Employment & Training Department is a county department as well as a partner of the Southwestern Illinois Worknet Centers.

Through these worknet centers, many services are available to job seekers and businesses. Our agency provides employment and training services to the residents of Madison, Bond, Jersey, and Calhoun Counties through federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds. Services include job search assistance, career counseling, vocational training, and customized services for businesses. We serve customers in our Wood River, Greenville, and Jerseyville offices and are housed in the Southwestern Illinois WorkNet Centers.

💰 Pay: Starting at minimum wage, with pay based on experience!
⏰ Schedule: Weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings/afternoons

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
✅ Assist customers with archery equipment purchases and selection
✅ Provide guidance on proper equipment fit, shooting techniques, and range safety
✅ Perform bow setups, tuning, troubleshooting, and arrow building
✅ Assist with checkout and warranty services
✅ Maintain knowledge of archery products and inventory

✔️ Passion for archery and experience in at least one archery discipline
✔️ Previous retail experience preferred
