Q3 at Woodbine Main Street has been a whirlwind!
From the Glow Golf Tournament, Applefest Pancake Breakfast, Applefest Car Show to our back-to-school lunch for school staff and the everyday maintenance that keeps our Main Street looking its best, the third quarter has been full of activity, community, and a whole lot of heart.
Together, our volunteers have contributed 430 hours of volunteer work in Q3 alone! ❤️
At Iowa’s state volunteer rate, that represents an incredible $13,295.60 in community value. But the impact goes far beyond the dollar amount.
None of this would be possible without the amazing people who give their time, energy, and talents to one of our four committees: Promotions, Organization, Business Vitality, and Design. These volunteers are the reason we can continue creating events, supporting local businesses, and making Woodbine a place we’re proud to call home.
