25 years of service. In a tough career where most do not make it more than 5 years. Today we celebrate Timi’s 25 years with METCOM. On top of the many years with METCOM, Timi spent 7 years with another 9-1-1 center. Hundreds of thousands of calls answered, countless problems solved and many lives saved.

Thank you, Timi! Retirement is getting closer and closer!

So glad he is safe.

Don’t be an NPC when you could be lifesaver.

If you see a teen or adult collapse, start Hands-Only CPR. It’s like pushing the restart button on a heart in cardiac arrest. CPR keeps blood and oxygen moving until professional help can arrive.

Know these two steps:

Call 911.

Push hard and fast in the center of the chest.
