A little late, but certainly worth celebrating! ❤️

In July, we said goodbye to our amazing Police Clerk as she began her well-deserved retirement. We are so grateful for everything she has done for our department and community over the years. Her hard work and dedication will not be forgotten.

Congratulations to Marc Merriweather for being sworn in as our newest Full-time Police Officer! When you see Ofc. Merriweather out in the community, please congratulate and welcome him! With this addition, Woodmere PD officially has the tallest average height for officers in the Chagrin Valley!

Hello! This cute pup was found on Chagrin Blvd in between Orange Place and Brainard Rd around 4:00pm today! There was no collar/name tag with any information. If this furry friend belongs to you or someone you know, please contact us so we can get them home!

UPDATE - The dog has been reunited with its owner. Thank you so much for your help.
