Having fun while giving lessons that could save your child's life. The Gold Swim School is located at The Woodstock Aquatic Center. Come and check us out!

The Gold Swim School is a Swim America program that offers lessons to swimmers ages 6 months to Adult and at all skill levels. We have been providing the best quality swimming lessons in the area since 1996. We hire instructors that love working with children then put them through 6 hours of course work. If they pass a written test, they continue to the in-water training. after which they apprentice for 18 classes before being given a class of their own to teach. We boost having the best trained professional instructors around. At GOLD we are serious and dedicated to teaching the skills of swimming in a fun and safe environment.

🎃💛 Halloween is coming! As families get ready for costumes, parties, and trick-or-treating, remember that water safety still matters. Keep pools and other water areas secured, and make sure children know they should never enter the water without adult permission and supervision.

💡 A good pair of goggles can make lessons more comfortable! Check that they create a gentle seal around the eyes without being painfully tight. Let your swimmer practice putting them on and adjusting them so they feel comfortable and confident before getting in. 🥽💦
