Congratulations to Sgt. Litchfield for completing this leadership course and obtaining his Trilogy Award.
The Trilogy series is built on three core pillars. Each course is typically a weeklong program open to both sworn and professional staff, and they can generally be taken in any order:
Supervisor Leadership Institute (SLI): A foundational course geared toward first-line supervisors and aspiring leaders. It focuses on core leadership concepts, accountability, emotional intelligence, and building trust.
Command Leadership Institute (CLI): Designed for mid-level managers and command staff. This program focuses on tactical decision-making, team building, implicit bias awareness, and conflict management.
Executive Leadership Institute (ELI): Geared toward top-level management and executives. This course delves into organizational effectiveness, navigating change, and high-level strategic planning.
